As you can see I am actively working on bringing this blog back to life.  This will be the new home for my “Road to 100” Miles.  A 100 Mile race that is.  So if you are into training logs, articles about electrolytes, dehydration or hyponatremia then this might be the place for you.   I will be discussing what works for me and what does not work.

Additionally I will try to keep up with my past, Current & Future races, P.R.s and overall performance.
