Resting

Well I am glad I have 2 days of miles already buffered because after yesterday’s painful run I decided to not run. Still not sure if this is a strain, stretch, pull or general aggravation …. but it certainly feels different than any other calf pain. This pain is targeted to a very specific area on the outside of the top part of the calf stretching about 3 inches from top to bottom. Will stretch / roll & see what tomorrow gives me.
