Well I am 5 day out from my 1st 100K race distance. Sure, I have done 62 GPS miles before in a 24 hour race (Crooked Road 24) but this is the 1st time I have run an official 100k. So in prep there was no running today only some stretching & foam rolling. Tomorrow will be our regular BCRT club run but not sure how much or how far I will go.
Rest well friends, the race will be on before we know it!!

As usual we hit the gym at lunch and did
Dumbbell presses 35 W/U, 55, 60, 65
Incline Dumbbell Presses 55, 60
Incline Barbell Presses Bar + 25 X 10 2 sets. Working on form
Bicep Curls with ez curl bar
Bar + 30, 35 & 40, 45
